Your mission
As a Senior Quantitative Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our high-performance derivatives trading platform, which features lightning-fast order execution and innovative on-chain risk management. This is a chance to be at the forefront of blockchain technology, shaping financial markets with groundbreaking solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Innovative Development: Lead the design and implementation of a decentralized clearing protocol for crypto derivatives trading, including backend systems and smart contracts.
- System Monitoring: Oversee monitoring, analytics, and reporting of all services you develop, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
- Research and Development: Enhance trading performance through rigorous R&D and testing of the trading system to maintain high quality and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions while focusing on scalability and internal integrations.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in backend engineering, building products from ideation to launch within a strong engineering team.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with modern programming languages like Python, Golang, or C++.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial markets with experience in trading systems and quantitative finance.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Communication Proficiency: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, essential for working across functions.
