Responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategies for the assigned region and ensure proper implementation to achieve the set targets.

• Collaborate with PaxelCo partners to design and execute business development strategies in the region.

• Provide development and coaching for the team under your leadership.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all work plans are executed effectively.
