Paxel is building a scalable Data Lake and Data Warehouse to champion data security and process automation. We're looking for a passionate Data Engineer to join our Engineering team and help shape the future of data at Paxel.

What You'll Do:

• Design & build automated, low-error data pipelines from diverse sources to warehouse/lake.

• Implement data security practices like encryption, masking & access controls.

• Ensure high-quality, reliable data for cross-functional teams.

• Optimize query performance and cost efficiency.

• Document all pipelines, tables, and processes for internal use.

• Deliver ready-to-use datasets for Analysts, BI, and Data Scientists.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years as a Data Engineer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

• Strong in Python & SQL for automation.

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and cloud platforms.

• Familiar with monitoring and observability tools.

• Strong communication skills with technical & non-technical teams.

• Ownership-minded with strong integrity & accountability.

• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive communicator, detail-oriented & adaptable.

• Eager to learn and improve data processes.
