Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, Planning & Transformation

As the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, Planning & Transformation, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, governance, business partnering, and finance digital transformation to support the financial company’s growth. You will lead initiatives to modernize financial processes, implement digital and data driven solutions, and strengthen alignment between finance and business operations. The role also manages external audits with Big 4 firms, ensuring compliance, strong governance, and clean audit results.

Requirements:

  • Min. have 8-10 years of working as Finance / Consulting and More than 5 years experience in Managerial position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields.

  • Must have a proven track record of managing external audits with Big 4 firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY or KPMG).

  • Proficiency in modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial models).

  • Strong experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Workday), Excel, and analytical/payment tools is a must.

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach : able to set and prioritize objectives effectively, perform variance analysis, and clearly explain underlying business drivers.

  • Strong familiarity with the payment gateway cycle and financial automation.

  • Deep knowledge of finance processes: P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report).

  • Understanding of cross-border tax regulations and compliance frameworks, with the ability to safeguard the company’s best interests while ensuring full adherence to applicable laws.

  • Working Experience in IT/Technology/Startup / Logistic company / Management Consulting or Big 4 advisory (Transaction Services, Corporate Finance) is a strong plus.

  • Professional certifications (CMA / FMVA / CA) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering (Execution-Focused)

  • Support VP Finance, Finance Controller, and cross-functional teams (Business Operations, Logistics, and Technology) by executing financial analyses and translating strategic directions into actionable insights, including unit economics, logistics cost structures, and technology ROI.

  • Execute assigned initiatives such as M&A activities, partnership evaluations, and financial projections for new business models under the guidance of senior leadership.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, converting financial data into clear insights and recommendations to enable effective leadership decision-making.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Build and maintain financial models as directed by senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.

  • Collaborate with the Finance Controller in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Provide financial insights to business leaders in operations, product, logistics, and technology, translating analysis into decision support for execution.

  • Monitor transformation KPIs such as cost savings, cycle time, forecasting accuracy, and audit results.

  • Execute ad-hoc analyses, including reconciliation and validation of complex datasets, to provide accurate inputs for decision-making (Board, Investors, Auditors, etc.).

Digital Finance Transformation

  • Execute finance digitalization projects, including ERP upgrades, automation, BI tools, and system implementations.

  • Standardize and streamline reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across the business.

  • Develop project documentation (BRD, assessments) and conduct pre-/post-implementation reviews to measure business impact.

  • Implement automation and documentation to streamline workflows.

  • Drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance processes through digital solutions.

Audit Management

  • Serve as the main liaison with Big 4 auditors during financial and operational audits.

  • Oversee preparation of audit documentation, reconciliations, and responses to requests.

  • Ensure timely remediation of findings and implementation of auditor recommendations.

  • Monitor audit progress to ensure a successful and timely outcome.

Leadership & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP/PSAK), tax regulations, company policies and Maintain robust internal controls and governance frameworks to ensure reliable reporting and audit readiness.

  • Execute, Review, redesign, and standardize key finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A).

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for the finance team, supporting succession planning and capability building.

  • Drive continuous improvement by updating and socializing SOPs across the organization.

  • Assist VP Finance to Manage risk assessments during system or process changes.
