About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join us as our Vice President of Marketing. This is a key leadership role where you'll set the vision for how we tell our story, grow our brand, and connect with customers at scale.
You'll lead and grow the marketing team, while working side by side with the leadership group to shape our company strategy. From building a loved brand to driving growth across all channels, you'll have the opportunity to make a big impact, not just on marketing, but on the direction of the business.
And while you'll be setting the big-picture strategy, this is not a sit-behind-the-desk job. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, whether that's driving into campaign planning, testing new channels, our jumping in with the team to make things happen. We believe in leaders who show up, do the work, and lead by example.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive the overall marketing strategy brand, performance, product marketing, communications, and everything in between.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team that loves to create, experiment, and deliver results.
Roll up your sleeves when needed, jump in to solve problems, test ideas, or support the team in execution.
Work closely with our founders and leadership team to align marketing with product, sales, and overall company goals.
Champion our brand story and position us as the go-to logistics/tech player in Indonesia and beyond.
Lead demand generation and customer lifecycle programs that bring in new users and keep them engaged.
Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure ROI, and constantly improve how we work.
Keep us ahead of the curve by spotting trends, testing new ideas, and pushing the boundaries of what marketing can do in a startup.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 in a senior leadership role (Head, VP, Director-level).
A strong track record of scaling marketing teams and driving growth in fast-paced environments (startup/tech/logistics experience is a huge plus).
Preferred from fast-paced industries; logistics industry experience is a plus but not a must.
B2C focus with solid experience, plus exposure to B2B.
A well-rounded marketer, you’ve built brands, run campaigns, managed budgets, and led teams across different marketing functions.
A leader who leads by doing, you’re as comfortable in the boardroom shaping strategy as you are in the trenches testing campaigns or reviewing copy.
Strong leadership skills, you know how to inspire, coach, and build a team that performs at a high level.
Great communicator and collaborator, you work well with peers, execs, and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven but creative, you balance numbers and analytics with storytelling and bold ideas.
Comfortable with ambiguity and change, you thrive in a startup where things move fast and evolve quickly.
