Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure quality and functionality of products

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development

• Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test plans

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve testing methodologies and tools

• Lead and participate in testing initiatives, such as test automation, DevOps, and continuous integration
