Key Responsibilities

• Perform cash management, including payment forecasting and collections.

• Manage working capital.

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly cash management reports and conduct cash analysis to serve as a reference for management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, accounting, etc

• Experienced in cash management (including payment arrangements and AR collections)

• Understanding of tax fundamentals (PPh 23, PPN, PPh 26)

• Able to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for cash management (cash in & out) and perform financial analysis

• Experienced with ERP systems (Odoo, jurnal.id, Oracle, SAP, etc.)

• Proactive, with continuous improvement and able to work in a team

• Great communication skills, honesty, responsibility, and ability to adapt quickly
