As a Process Improvement & Analyst, you’ll play a key role in optimizing Paxel’s operational performance. You’ll analyze data, identify process gaps, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness across our logistics network. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, curiosity to explore ground operations, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring impactful improvements to life.

Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, process improvement, or operational excellence

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau

• Strong analytical and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to visit ground operations for better process understanding

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational processes and systems across hubs and gateways

• Develop and review SOPs to ensure process efficiency and standardization

• Monitor and evaluate sorter performance and cost effectiveness

• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and propose solutions

• Provide data-driven insights and reports for operational decision-making
