Retail Commercial Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving acquisition and retention of SME customers through effective commercial programs, team coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on revenue growth, capability building at branch level, and ensuring commercial strategies are executed consistently on a national scale

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within retail industries

  • At least Supervisor-level leadership experience

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capability

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in data analysis, presentation, and data visualization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for medium and high-segment SME customers at a national level

  • Plan, manage, and control budgets for commercial and marketing programs effectively and efficiently

  • Design and implement marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention with optimal cost

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure strategies and programs are implemented smoothly

  • Handle customer onboarding and relationship management as part of acquisition and retention efforts

  • Coach and develop Branch Business Development (BBD) teams to operate independently, execute plans effectively, and proactively achieve targets in alignment with Branch Head and Regional Head

  • Monitor and control outstanding invoicing schemes to ensure healthy revenue flow
