Define and evolve the hardware architecture for Pebble’s electric RV platform, including both high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
Drive execution of hardware development programs, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with company goals.
Oversee validation and testing of hardware components and systems, ensuring production readiness and system reliability.

Deep technical expertise in both high-voltage and low-voltage system design, development, and validation.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex hardware development cycles from prototype to mass production.
Strong understanding of electric drivetrains, power electronics, embedded systems, and hardware-software integration.
