Quality Control Inspector
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure that every Pebble RV meets our high standards for craftsmanship, performance, and safety. You’ll perform visual and functional inspections across critical production steps, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform incoming, in-process, and end-of-line quality inspections while helping to develop and refine checklists, visual standards, and acceptance criteria
Identify and document nonconformities
Execute containment and re-inspection activities as needed
Create and communicate quality alerts to address recurring issues
Perform quality gate inspections and provide feedback to production and engineering teams to resolve root causes
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and critical-to-quality steps
Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with company policies
Actively participate in process improvements and corrective action implementation
Help ensure production targets are met without compromising quality
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality control
Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
Basic knowledge of inspection tools (e.g., calipers, thread gauges, paint meters)
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Proficiency with Jira and Google workspace tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus If You Have
Experience in RV, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing
Familiarity with MES/ERP systems
Understand ing of lean manufacturing or quality systems (e.g., 5S, 5W)
Ability to interpret part drawings, wiring schematics, or test procedures
Proficiency in CAD software for part and system visualization
Experience with wiring harnesses as well as low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) connectors
Experience assembling mechanical or electrical systems
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Comfortable working in a hands-on, shop-floor environment
