About the Role

Ready to build the startup ecosystem that everyone wishes they had?

We're looking for a curious, driven, people-person who wants to help build something bigger. As a senior partnerships associate, you'll expand Plum's ecosystem by creating real connections with founder communities, tech platforms, and other key players who can amplify our growth.

You'll be part relationship builder, part marketing strategist, part event coordinator, and 100% focused on turning great conversations into partnerships that build a pipeline of customers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Help identify, reach out to, and build genuine connections with founder communities, tech platforms, VCs and more

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, partner emails, LinkedIn collaborations, webinars, and IRL events that people actually remember.

  • Work seamlessly with internal teams like content, design, and sales to bring campaigns and partnership activities to life.

  • Jump into partner communities, become their trusted Plum contact, educate them about what we do, and connect the right people with our sales team for meaningful conversations.

Role Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in distribution partnerships, marketing, and community engagement

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or startup ecosystems

  • A genuine love for building relationships and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Embrace the challenge of cold-calling and emailing; this role offers you the opportunity to make impactful connections with the right communities.
