We’re now looking for a Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition who can help us scale this mission-critical function.

About the Role

As a Talent Partner for our Customer Success team, you'll be the go-to partner for all things Customer Success hiring. This isn’t just a volume hiring role - it’s a high-impact position where you’ll shape the team that interacts with our end customers during their most critical moments.

You’ll be expected to own hiring end-to-end: from driving 10+ offers a month across 6–7 unique job requisitions, to collaborating directly with senior leaders (Directors & VPs) to solving complex people challenges. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead hiring for one of Plum’s largest and most essential teams - Customer Success - by delivering a consistent volume of quality hires every month.

  • Manage a high volume of inbound applications with strong screening mechanisms and sourcing strategies.

  • Plan and execute hiring through on-ground hiring events and campus drives.

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders (Directors and VPs) to understand hiring gaps, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

  • Source from relevant platforms and networks; optimise ATS pipelines and ensure strong candidate conversion rates.

  • Define and implement structured hiring processes for efficiency and scalability.

  • Maintain weekly funnel dashboards, present hiring metrics and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Create robust screening frameworks and pipelines to hire candidates who match Plum’s values and customer-first culture.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3–5 years of TA experience with a strong focus on bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.

  • Prior experience hiring for Customer Success or customer-facing roles is a must.

  • Deep understanding of sourcing pools, hiring platforms, and strategies relevant to CS roles.

  • Comfort with ATS tools and maintaining clear, actionable pipelines.

  • Ability to analyse hiring data and use insights to optimise processes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - you’ll work with leadership often.

  • Experience executing hiring drives (campus and in-office).

  • Highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering results under tight timelines.
