About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Insurance Products & Partnerships team at Plum. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening relationships with insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs), ensuring seamless collaboration between our partners and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a knack for stakeholder management, and a passion for driving process efficiencies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with our insurance partners - general, life, health insurers & TPAs.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead productive meetings with insurers.

• Act as a bridge between insurers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

• Oversee the partnership agenda, managing logistics, engagement activities, and overall execution.

• Develop and maintain engagement calendars, track key projects, and align initiatives with strategic goals.

• Manage key projects, track progress, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Analyze partnership performance data, generate insights, and support decision-making through structured reporting.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration with insurers and internal teams.

Experience and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in program management, partnerships, or operations, ideally in the insurance or fintech industry.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in project management.
