About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Insurance Products & Partnerships team at Plum. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening relationships with insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs), ensuring seamless collaboration between our partners and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a knack for stakeholder management, and a passion for driving process efficiencies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with our insurance partners - general, life, health insurers & TPAs.
Plan, coordinate, and lead productive meetings with insurers.
Act as a bridge between insurers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Oversee the partnership agenda, managing logistics, engagement activities, and overall execution.
Develop and maintain engagement calendars, track key projects, and align initiatives with strategic goals.
Manage key projects, track progress, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Analyze partnership performance data, generate insights, and support decision-making through structured reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration with insurers and internal teams.
Experience and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in program management, partnerships, or operations, ideally in the insurance or fintech industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management.
