Web Experience Developer - Webflow

Full Time · Marketing · On-Site

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

About Plum

Plum is on a mission to make high-quality health insurance and healthcare accessible to 10 million people by 2030—through companies that care.

Healthcare in India is broken, expensive, and often inaccessible. Employer-sponsored insurance can be the great equaliser—but only if it's done right. That’s where we come in. We’re rethinking the insurance experience from the ground up, with technology, empathy, and ambition.

Backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV, we’re building fast—and we’re looking for people who want to shape what the future feels like.

Why this role exists

For the last two decades, websites have looked more or less the same—structured around sitemaps, SEO, and the assumption that every visitor should see the same story.

That’s about to change.

At Plum, we believe websites should be alive. Adaptive. Responsive to who you are, not just what we offer. The future is context-aware, AI-powered, and dynamic—and we’re starting to build it.

Your job is to lead that charge.

What you’ll own

  • Design + Development You’ll shape Plum’s digital front door. Create web experiences that are beautiful, intuitive, and effective—primarily using Webflow, with the freedom to explore what’s next.

  • Optimisation + Experimentation You’ll bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything. From landing pages to user flows, you’ll experiment with layouts, messaging, and interactivity to drive better outcomes.

  • Automation + AI You’ll bring together tools like Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, and whatever else it takes to scale what we can do—without waiting on a dev sprint.

  • Personalisation + Future Thinking You’ll help us prototype a web presence that’s radically personalised—where no two visitors see the same version of Plum.

Who we’re looking for

  • You’ve built websites that didn’t just look good—they worked hard

  • You’re excited by Webflow and no-code tools, but not boxed in by them

  • You like figuring things out more than ticking boxes

  • You obsess over design, structure, and user intent

  • You learn fast—tools, frameworks, ideas, all of it

  • You think AI and automation can do more than just save time—you think they can change how people experience the internet

  • You care about the details and the bigger picture
