You will go beyond HR operations to influence how our people experience work, from engagement and well-being to talent density and leadership development. Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive initiatives that build engagement, belonging, and trust across teams.
Partner with leaders on org-wide spaces like All Hands, R&R, and rituals that shape culture.
Co-own people success projects that improve ways of working and strengthen our people-first culture.
Employee Experience & Advocacy
Be a trusted partner and sounding board for employees and managers.
Proactively address concerns, mediate conflicts, and strengthen communication.
Champion well-being and psychological safety across teams.
Policies, Processes & Insights
Ensure compliance while making policies accessible, inclusive, and people-friendly.
Gather insights from data, feedback, and check-ins to anticipate people's needs.
Present trends and recommendations that help leaders make better decisions.
Talent & Growth
Support career conversations, development journeys, and leadership readiness. Identify and nurture high-potential employees.
Partner with L&D on training and development interventions for managers and teams.
Early Success Journeys: Design onboarding experiences for engineers, product managers, and designers that ensure their first 90 days set them up for long-term success.
Manager Development Tracks: Build programs to coach and grow first-time managers into confident people leaders.
Org Health Reviews: Partner with leadership to run quarterly people health reviews, identifying risks and opportunities in engagement, growth, and team effectiveness.
Culture offsites: Experiment with new rituals, workshops, and listening spaces that help teams live our values of being kind and candid, lifelong learners, and rock-solid reliable.
2-4 years of experience in people-facing roles (HRBP, OD, L&D, program management, coaching, or similar).
Educational background in Psychology, Development Studies, Sociology, Philosophy, or other social sciences (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
High EQ and maturity; able to influence and partner with stakeholders across levels.
Skilled in listening, conflict resolution, and holding space for complex conversations.
Data-aware, comfortable using people's insights to guide decisions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in a startup, consulting, nonprofit, or high-talent-density environment.
Exposure to org development, coaching, facilitation, or employee well-being programs.
Certifications in counselling, facilitation, or coaching (optional but valued).
