Background:

We are expanding our Product team in India. This team leads the design and development of an AI-based business presentations platform and content that democratizes great business communication and helps millions of people rediscover their 'zen'.

Role:

We are in search of a highly energetic and innovative professional to support customer-facing products and services that deliver measurable value to prezent.ai and our customers. This position holds high visibility within the organization, involving frequent interactions with the company's C-suite and collaboration with other teams across data, customer success, and services in India and the US. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of key product features

• Clearly communicate product plans, requirements, benefits, and results to diverse audiences, from engineering to leadership

• Collaborate with the UX team to develop unique customer experiences

• Develop product strategies that align with the broader mission and strategy, informed by deep customer insights, data, and research

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data/content specialists, and designers to deliver your product vision

• Establish global go-to-market plans by working with marketing and customer success teams

• Track customer feedback, monitor product performance metrics, and resolve customer issues to ensure a top-notch customer experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience

• Extensive experience with SaaS products

• Academic background in computer science or engineering

• Experience in management consulting is a plus

• MBA highly preferred

• Strong customer empathy, with the ability to translate complex data and customer insights into delightful user experiences

• Proven track record of delivering highly successful and creative products

• Excellent skills in storylining, slide making, and clearly communicating complex ideas

• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Team player and disciplined executor, with attention to detail
