About Role: 


As a Sales Development Representative for Prezent.AI’s North America Commercial Business, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by hunting for new logos and creating new business opportunities. Your main focus will be outbound efforts to execute targeted campaigns, generate new business pipeline, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role requires strong collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure an integrated approach to market outreach and success.

You will be working on: 

  • Prospect and Identify New Leads: Actively search for potential new clients through various channels, including outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.

  • Execute Campaigns: Develop and run tailored outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and educate them on Prezent.AI’s value proposition.

  • Generate and Qualify Pipeline: Identify decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and ensure a consistent pipeline for the sales team.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and align on campaigns, and partner with the sales and product teams to feedback market insights.

  • Ownership and Flexibility: Take ownership of your pipeline and be adaptable to evolving strategies and targets. Show flexibility in navigating ambiguous situations.

  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Utilize CRM tools and analytics to monitor activity, track performance, and identify areas for improvement in outreach and conversion.


We are looking for:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound-focused role.

  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and outreach tools.

  • Mindset: Results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving goals and a passion for connecting with prospective clients.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset to identify new market opportunities.

    • High level of adaptability and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
