As a Growth Land Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.

You will be working on:

  • Identify and target enterprise clients: Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships.

  • Customized solution selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and develop tailored proposals that address their specific challenges and goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Market insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to drive strategic sales initiatives.

We are looking for:

  • Proven track record: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Industry experience: Knowledge and experience in [relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, technology, etc.].

  • Strong negotiation skills: Ability to lead complex negotiations with C-level executives and close large-scale deals.

  • Relationship-building skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and client data to inform sales strategies.

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
