As a Client Partner, you will be the strategic lead for managing and growing relationships within our largest customer accounts. This role requires a proactive and consultative approach to ensure our customers are maximizing the value of our platform while identifying new opportunities for expansion across different teams and departments. Your success will directly impact our growth trajectory and the overall success of our customers.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our largest and most strategic customers, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships by deeply understanding their business needs and objectives.
Strategic Account Growth: Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on cross-team and cross-departmental growth to drive additional revenue streams.
Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams to advocate for their needs.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead and participate in QBRs with key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the customer’s use of our platform.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to better position our solutions within the customer's organization.
Contract Negotiation: Work alongside our legal and finance teams to manage contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and ensure favorable terms for both the customer and our company.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales, ideally within the SaaS or enterprise software industry. Experience in biotech / pharma / healthcare is a plus.
Track Record: Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts, particularly with strategic and high-value customers.
Demonstrated Success: high quartile achievement in sales / client partner roles
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and close high-value deals.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: A consultative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative: A team player who can work effectively across different departments, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
