In this role, you will work closely with our development team to identify issues, create test cases, and execute testing procedures to guarantee the reliability and performance of our software solutions.

Skills & Qualification

• Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies

• Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Jira, and TestRail

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing best practices

• Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and timelines

• Design and develop test cases based on functional and technical specifications

• Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools

• Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement

• Report and track defects to closure

• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases

• Provide feedback on product quality and usability

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Lead testing efforts for critical projects and mentor junior team members
