The Role

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our VIP clientele, delivering a seamless, white-glove experience that sets the French Florist apart. 

In our fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will handle inquiries with efficiency and grace, resolve issues with a solutions-oriented mindset, and assist clients in crafting unforgettable floral moments. This role requires precision, passion, and the ability to anticipate client needs before they arise.

Our hours of operation are 7 AM – 8 PM PST M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM PST Sa/Sun with 9 hour shifts scheduled within this window.

Skills & Qualification

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for engaging diverse clientele.

  • A passion for delivering world-class client service and crafting unforgettable experiences.

  • A solutions-driven, proactive mindset, capable of handling challenges with poise and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with POS systems, CRM platforms (such as Zendesk), and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack).

  • Previous experience in client service, luxury retail, hospitality, or a high-touch client services role preferred. Floral knowledge is a plus but not required.

  • A collaborative spirit with a deep commitment to excellence and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, embodying warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.

  • Guide clients through product selection, custom arrangements, and order placement with a consultative approach.

  • Anticipate and resolve client concerns swiftly, ensuring an elevated and memorable experience.

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM systems, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery.

  • Schedule deliveries for floral arrangements with accuracy and attention to timing, ensuring each order aligns with client requests, delivery routes, and operational capacity.

  • Manage minor client escalations with professionalism and empathy, resolving concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards and protecting the client relationship.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams via Slack to maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

    Compensation and Job Requirements

    • $8 USD per hour 

    • Must have working laptop and stable internet connection

    • Must have headset or ability to conduct clear phone calls
