Fractional Compliance Manager (SaaS/Healthcare)

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager/Consultant to join our team in a part-time, fractional capacity. This is a critical role designed for a professional who thrives in the intersection of healthcare and technology and is looking for a long-term growth path.

This is a 1099 Contract/Consultant position with an immediate start date. While initially part-time, this may grow to a full-time position or more hours.

Role Overview

• Location: On-Site, in Ocoee, Florida 

• Commitment: 20–24 hours per week

• Compensation: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour

• Classification: 1099 Contract / Consultant

• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SOC2 audit process, ensuring all technical and operational controls meet rigorous standards.

• Oversee compliance frameworks tailored to the medical SaaS and healthcare technology space.

• Maintain and update internal policies to align with evolving industry regulations.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity and security protocols are upheld.

• (Preferred) Manage and advise on GDPR requirements to support international data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in compliance or risk management.

• Industry Expertise: Proven background in the medical/healthcare space, specifically working with SaaS technology providers.

• Technical Compliance: Direct, hands-on experience leading or managing SOC2 audits is required.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy; experience with GDPR is a significant plus.

• Location: Must be able to go in-person to our office in Ocoee, Florida.
