About Us:

RemotelyHR is an HR Consulting firm, located in California. We assist small to medium-sized businesses in California with their HR tasks, compliance, hiring and recruiting. We're looking for a talented Recruiter and HR Assistant to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and talent sourcing: Assist with writing job ads, posting on ATS platforms, source, attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Candidate Screening: Review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine job qualifications are met.

  • Setup interviews: Email candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews at various locations. Schedule and confirm interviews with potential candidates.

  • Follow-up: Follow-up after interviews with both candidates and clients. Send feedback to management.

  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to HR Consultants, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HR-related tasks.

  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure all HR processes are compliant.

  • Administrative support: Assist with administrative duties such as formatting employee handbooks, templates, forms, etc.

  • Filing and organizing: Organize employee files, update spreadsheets, etc.

  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written)

  • C2 English with minimal accent

  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and HR.

  • Experience hiring in the US and knowledge of US employment market.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects, as assigned.
