What You’ll Do:
Work closely with Customer Success Managers and own the technical side of post-sales engagement
Lead regular customer reviews to understand how customers are using the product, where they can get more value, and in which workflows they should incorporate product to achieve their business objectives
Recommend the best ways customers can get more out of the product based on their needs and priorities by tweaking workflows, building automation, setting up reports, and solving configuration issues
Build demos or proof-of-concepts to help customers see the potential of new ideas
Present your findings and action plan to customer stakeholders in a clear and impactful way
Share product feedback and feature requests with the product team to improve the customer experience
You should apply if:
3+ years of experience in a solutions, success engineering, or implementation role in a SaaS company
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to map business needs to technical solutions
Experience working with APIs and troubleshooting integrations or automation issues
Clear and confident communicator who can present to both power users and executives
Comfortable with hands-on work like editing workflows, configuring tools, or building dashboards
A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping teams unlock more value from software
