What will you do?
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the demand generation, outbound, and the marketing team to support strategic and tactical initiatives. You will monitor intent signals, build targeted account lists, map personas, and enrich contact data to ensure the success of our campaigns. This is a hands-on role focused on solving real-world problems, optimizing processes, and enabling seamless execution across teams.
Build targeted account lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Map key personas to accounts, and maintain well-organized, enriched lists segmented by criteria such as region, ICP, stage, and vertical.
Ensure all account lists are continuously enriched and updated to meet evolving campaign needs.
Monitor and interpret intent signals, aligning them with target accounts.
Enrich accounts with relevant data and surface high-priority opportunities to sales teams in a structured manner.
Develop scoring mechanisms to categorize accounts by priority and potential.
Collaborate with demand generation and outbound teams to ensure high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.
Identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Develop, document, and share best practices for list building, outbound campaign execution, and data reporting.
You should apply -
B2B SaaS Experience: 1-4 years in marketing operations, demand generation, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, and Clay.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Expertise in persona mapping, account-based marketing (ABM), and data enrichment.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on approach to challenges.
Adaptability: Thrive in a startup environment, comfortable with rapid change, and capable of pivoting strategies quickly based on feedback or new insights.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
