1. Marketing Operations Strategy
Develop and execute a scalable marketing operations framework to support demand generation, lead management, and campaign optimization.
Own the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and alignment between tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Marketo etc.
Define and manage lead scoring models, nurturing tracks, and lifecycle stages to ensure the marketing funnel delivers high-quality MQLs to sales teams.
2. Lead Nurturing, Funnel & Campaign Optimization and Reporting
Support the overall funnel strategy by leveraging data insights to enhance nurture programs, outbound activities, lead quality, and sales hand-offs.
Track and report on key campaign metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
Conduct happy path analysis and implement strategies to enhance engagement at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with demand generation teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, well-targeted, and aligned with company goals.
3. Nurture Programs & Lead Management
Build, manage, and optimize lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer journey.
Oversee segmentation strategies to ensure messaging resonates with the right personas across various funnel stages.
Ensure high email deliverability, leveraging advanced personalization for maximum impact.
4. Data-Driven Decision-Making
Implement and manage marketing analytics, including campaign performance tracking, lead scoring analysis, and pipeline metrics.
Monitor and report on key metrics like conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns, outbound reachouts and uncover growth opportunities.
Provide leadership with insights into marketing effectiveness and recommendations for budget allocation and optimization.
5. Process Optimization & Collaboration
Continuously refine marketing workflows to improve operational efficiency and maintain a high-quality CRM environment.
Partner with revenue operations, sales, and demand generation teams to align marketing initiatives with overall revenue goals.
Establish and document best practices for campaign execution, data management, and reporting to ensure repeatable success.
B2B SaaS Experience: 2-6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and other tools Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha.
Advanced understanding of intent data and its integration into marketing workflows.
Proven experience managing lead scoring models, nurture tracks, and lifecycle optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign tracking, and funnel analysis etc.
Skills:
High attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working across cross-functional teams
