What will you do ?
You will collaborate with our Account Executives, Sales, and Product leaders to identify pain points, determine product fit, and strategize entry into mid-market to enterprise-level accounts.
You will be in charge of all Inbound and outbound initiatives for the XDRs based in Chennai, including playbooks, sequences, and metrics. You will also be responsible for creating, measuring, and enhancing messaging that leads to conversations or improved brand recall of Rocketlane.
You’ll be accountable for making sure the XDR team achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity levels for emails, outbound calls, and other tasks
You’ll continually provide feedback and coaching to other XDR team members to help them achieve their personal goals and Rocketlane’s business goals
You’ll maintain data accuracy and hygiene on internal sales systems at all times
You should apply if
Strong work ethic, passion, and creativity, with a demonstrated ability to over-achieve
Atleast 1-2 years of leadership experience in Inbound & outbound sales, specifically in SaaS or professional services.
Extensive experience creating and managing outbound programs (creating playbooks, drafting sequences, and reporting metrics)
Extensive knowledge of successful sales methodologies (MEDDIC, other)
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms (we use HubSpot as our CRM and also for all outbound activity)
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
You enjoy learning new things, including technology, and can translate that into value for prospects
You’re curious, insightful, and are always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback
