What will you do ? 

  1. Achieve monthly targets on sales qualified leads (SQLs) and help build the pipeline for sales teams

  2. Schedule the most qualified and productive demos while also providing in-depth information to the Inside Sales team

  3. Own prospecting, sales qualification, and initial customer calls to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets

  4. Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries received via phone, chatbots, and landing pages

  5. Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

  6. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities

  7. Contact all new leads in the CRM system within 24-48 hours. Close/assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales rep depending on deal size

  8. Meticulously organize and maintain contacts/opportunities, recording all progress in the CRM

  9. Manage the complete inbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them

  10. Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers

  11. Tee up leads that will turn into business.

You should apply if 

  1. Have strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills

  2. Can concisely and passionately interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

  3. Can break down a prospect's requirements and effectively communicate internally to other teams

  4. Can think on your feet - you are someone who can figure out creative ways to continuously engage with new prospects while maintaining a positive and energetic persona

  5. Are organized and data-driven, measuring every step of the sales process and figuring out ways to scale it to the next level

  6. Can develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships

  7. Enjoy working smart and learning ways to constantly push your productivity higher

  8. Enjoy constructive feedback and are coachable

  9. Are self-driven, resilient, persistent, enjoy problem-solving, and are a team player that shares tribal knowledge

  10. It would be a plus if you understand B2B SaaS products and the decision-making process in SMB/mid-market enterprises
