What will you do ?
Develop & manage advocacy programs: Lead our CAB, referral programs, case studies, and references to spotlight customer wins.
Host webinars & events: Bring customers together through engaging sessions that share insights, success stories, and product updates.
Collaborate for retention & growth: Partner with Customer Success on strategies to keep customers happy and uncover expansion opportunities.
Gather & act on feedback: Listen actively to customer insights, then work with Product and Marketing to make meaningful improvements.
You should apply if
3–5 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or product marketing.
Comfortable leading webinars, events, and building new initiatives from scratch. Plus, you feed off the energy of a room full of people!
