What will you do?
Sales Process Optimization:
Design, implement, and refine sales processes / workflows to improve team efficiency.
Ensure alignment between sales and marketing processes to optimize lead flow.
Develop, document, and share best practices for running specific campaigns, rules of engagement etc.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track key sales metrics across segments (e.g., pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates).
Create and present sales performance dashboards for leadership.
Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and forecasting.
CRM and Sales Tools Management:
Administer and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Evaluate, implement, and integrate sales tools to enhance productivity.
Sales Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement annual operating plans, including sales quotas and and territory assignments.
Support the design and execution of territory plans for optimal coverage and revenue generation.
Monitor and manage pipeline health across sales segments and assist with accurate revenue forecasting.
Assist in revenue forecasting to ensure predictable growth.
Design and manage incentive compensation programs to drive sales performance.
You should apply if
1-3 years of experience in problem solving, and applying structured thinking in a consulting role or in any other analyst/operations roles.
Prior experience in sales, or operations in a B2B SaaS company is a plus, not a requirement.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data is a strong requirement for this role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations across teams is a must-have.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on approach to challenges.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM and sales support tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Avoma, Outreach etc.) is a great plus.
Experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a nice-to-have.
