What will you do ? 

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop, implement, and oversee strategic programs that align with the organization’s long-term objectives.

• Work with senior leadership to identify business opportunities and define key success metrics.

• Translate high-level business strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with multiple teams (product, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure program alignment and execution.

• Act as a central point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and program reviews.

3. Program & Change Management

• Establish frameworks for tracking and measuring program success.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while maintaining program timelines and budgets.

• Drive organizational change initiatives to improve business efficiency and innovation.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

• Prepare reports and executive-level presentations on program impact and outcomes.

• Optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency based on data insights.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Develop clear communication plans to keep leadership and teams informed on program progress.

• Drive alignment between internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

You should Apply if.

7+ years of experience in program management, business strategy, or consulting.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience working with C-level executives.

Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple dependencies.

Expertise in program management tools..

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
