About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Manager to lead and scale content production for JustCall, owning the end to end creation process and setting the standard for high-impact webpages and blogs.
In this hands on leadership role, you’ll collaborate closely with our SEO and content teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure every piece is accurate, engaging, search optimized and aligned with our growth goals. This role is based in Bangalore, and we work in office 4 days a week because some of the best ideas still happen over coffee and whiteboards.
What We'll Count on You For
Manage and scale JustCall’s content production pipeline in partnership with the SEO team.
Create detailed content briefs for internal writers, external vendors, and agencies.
Oversee external writers and vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Edit and review content for accuracy, clarity, and SEO best practices.
Write content to support production goals or high priority initiatives.
Maintain content quality and consistency using style guides, checklists, and structured review processes.
Track and report on content performance, taking ownership of improvements when results fall short.
Experiment with and refine AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency in research, briefing, and editing.
What'll Make You a Great Match
Prior experience creating and managing content for B2B SaaS products is mandatory.
C2 level English proficiency.
5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in content roles; and 2+ years in a managerial or team lead position.
Proven ability to plan, edit, and optimise content across multiple formats (blogs, product pages, landing pages, etc.)
Experience managing content execution, including external writers and agencies.
Solid understanding of SEO content fundamentals (competitor analysis, keyword research, content gap analysis, on page optimisation)
Demonstrated success in driving traffic, rankings, and conversions through content.
Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, KW Planner, Semrush, SurferSEO)
Strong editorial judgment with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
Comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows (briefing, research, editing) while maintaining content quality.
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and implement improvements.
