We are looking for a multi-disciplinary leader to own our entire "Indirect Revenue" engine. You will be responsible for the holy trinity of partnerships: Technology (integrating our product into others), Channel (enabling agencies/resellers to sell for us), and Affiliates (managing high-volume referral traffic). You will build a holistic ecosystem where these three pillars feed into each other to drive efficient growth.
1. Technology & Integration Partnerships (The "Product" Pillar)
Identify strategic tech partners (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, complementary SaaS tools) that unlock new markets for us.
Work with our Product Team to prioritise and launch native integrations.
Manage listings on partner marketplaces (e.g., Salesforce AppExchange, HubSpot Marketplace) to drive user acquisition.
2. Channel & Agency Partnerships (The "Sales" Pillar)
Recruit and enable Solution Partners, Agencies, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
Develop a structured certification and enablement program to ensure partners can successfully demo and implement our software.
Lead co-selling efforts and joint account mapping (using tools like Crossbeam/Reveal) to uncover shared pipeline.
3. Affiliate & Influencer Program (The "Marketing" Pillar)
Scale our self-service Affiliate Program for bloggers, influencers, and publishers.
Optimise commission structures (CPA vs. RevShare) to maximise ROI while maintaining attractive incentives.
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to bring in new affiliates automatically.
4. Operations & Strategy
The Tech Stack: Own the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) infrastructure (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, Allbound) to ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all three channels.
Attribution: Define clear rules of engagement to prevent channel conflict between direct sales, partners, and affiliates.
KPIs: Report on distinct metrics for each pillar (e.g., Tech: Retention uplift; Channel: Sourced Revenue; Affiliate: Traffic & Signups).
Experience: 12-15 years in Partnerships, with exposure to at least two of the three key pillars (Tech, Channel, Affiliate). Building the function from the ground up, 0 to 1 experience is a must.
Context Switching: Ability to shift gears from high-touch relationship management (Channel) to high-volume/low-touch program management (Affiliates).
Technical Fluency: You can read API documentation and understand webhook triggers enough to scope a tech integration.
Commercial Acumen: You understand the difference in unit economics between paying a 20% lifetime revenue share to an agency vs. a one-time CPA to an affiliate.
