Sarvam-ai is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for our products and services. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in design principles, including user experience and user interface design. You should have experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Indesign. Additionally, you should be familiar with design systems and have a deep understanding of how to create user-centered design solutions.

Skills & Qualification

• Proficiency in Figma, including experience with creating user interfaces and user experiences

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user research and testing

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Photoshop

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in product design

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Ability to lead small projects and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and knowledge

• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

• Ability to contribute to the development of our company's design guidelines and best practices

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered design solutions for our products and services

• Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers

• Collaborate with our product management team to understand customer needs and develop design solutions that meet those needs

• Design and develop prototypes to test and refine design solutions

• Participate in design reviews to ensure that our designs are of the highest quality

• Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in our designs and implement solutions

• Lead small projects and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

• Contribute to the development of our company's design guidelines and best practices

• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our products and services

• Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our designs are implemented correctly

• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions

• Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions
