About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive - Acquisition who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging high-potential prospects to negotiating and closing enterprise-level deals. Your ability to connect with key decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and position our solutions as strategic, high-impact investments will be critical to your success.

You will excel in leading high-value conversations, uncovering pain points, and crafting tailored solutions that resonate with forward-thinking enterprise teams. A strong understanding of the Sarvam stack will enable you to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value. Beyond closing deals, your ability to foster long-term partnerships will help establish trust, drive customer success, and contribute to our sustained growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Develop and execute strategic outbound and inbound sales efforts to identify, nurture, and convert high-value enterprise opportunities.

  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, building strong relationships and positioning our solutions as essential to their success.

  • Lead in-depth discovery conversations to uncover business needs, challenges, and opportunities for value creation.

  • Collaborate closely with BDRs/SDRs, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and accelerate sales cycles.

  • Maintain a strong CRM discipline, tracking pipeline metrics, forecasting revenue, and optimizing sales strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, ensuring seamless handovers to customer success and long-term engagement.

Skills & Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record in closing enterprise-level deals.

  • Proven ability to drive acquisition and win high-value business opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.

  • Experience leading complex sales cycles, from prospecting to contract execution.

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior and decision-making processes.

  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively about customer challenges and position our solutions as game-changers.
