The Sarvam AI Reasoning team is building sophisticated reasoning capabilities for India's first sovereign AI platform. We are seeking a talented GTM candidate to join our business team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies that showcase the value of our AI reasoning platform to enterprise and government sectors. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling market positioning and customer acquisition strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in accelerating the growth trajectory of our reasoning products as we build India's sovereign AI platform.

This position offers the opportunity to shape the market presence of cutting-edge AI reasoning technology built specifically for Indian organizations. We seek candidates with strong consulting or startup experience who can demonstrate excellence in strategic planning and market development for sophisticated technology products.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree from a top-tier institution

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic roles

  • Top-tier consulting experience or startup experience (founder's office/GTM roles) preferred

  • Experience in product delivery or customer success is a bonus

  • Background in scaling B2C applications highly valued

  • Strong understanding of enterprise and government sectors

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Superior communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions

  • Experience with AI/ML product positioning is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for our reasoning products

  • Create compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates our AI reasoning capabilities

  • Build go-to-market playbooks for different customer segments and use cases

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure product roadmaps align with market needs

  • Work with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement materials and processes

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities

  • Define success metrics and track GTM performance

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate market adoption

  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach

  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategies

  • Create thought leadership content to establish market authority

  • Present to executive stakeholders on GTM progress and strategic initiatives
