Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on React Native Frontend Engineer Intern to join our growing team. As an intern, you will help us bring our AI-powered web platform to mobile by contributing to the development of a high-performance, native mobile application. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, designers, and AI/ML experts to learn and build mobile experiences that reach users across India.

This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced startup environment while working on impactful products at the intersection of mobile and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist in developing and maintaining a production-quality React Native mobile application that complements our Next.js web platform

  • Contribute to migrating features from the web app to the mobile app with guidance from senior developers

  • Help build clean, responsive, and native-feeling UIs for both Android and iOS

  • Collaborate on implementing state management and optimizing data flow for performance

  • Participate in creating reusable components and mobile UI libraries

  • Learn how to integrate REST APIs and handle online/offline synchronization

  • Help with testing, debugging, and ensuring smooth functionality across devices

  • Contribute to performance optimization and assist in app release processes

  • Work closely with mentors to learn best practices in mobile development and ship meaningful features

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

• • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • React Native Knowledge: Basic to intermediate experience with React Native projects (academic or personal)

  • JavaScript/TypeScript: Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and some experience with TypeScript

  • Mobile Development Basics: Familiarity with mobile UI patterns, navigation, and responsiveness

  • Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows

  • Learning Attitude: Strong desire to learn, take ownership, and contribute to real-world products

  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with willingness to debug and ask questions

  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have

• • Prior internship or project experience with React Native or mobile development

  • Familiarity with Redux, React Navigation, AsyncStorage, or Expo

  • Experience with web technologies like React.js or Next.js

  • Contributions to GitHub or open-source projects

  • Knowledge of testing tools like Jest or Detox

  • Understanding of native mobile concepts (Swift/Objective-C or Java/Kotlin)

  • Interest in generative AI or previous work with AI/ML tools

Portfolio Requirements

• • Required: Links to at least one project (GitHub, Expo Snack, etc.) demonstrating React Native or frontend experience

  • Preferred: GitHub profile or code samples showcasing mobile development

  • Bonus: Any apps, hackathon projects, or personal builds that reflect passion for mobile or AI
