We are seeking passionate AI Researchers and Research Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the research and development of advanced autonomous agents—intelligent systems capable of performing tasks traditionally executed by humans. This includes navigating applications, automating workflows, and making context-aware decisions across various software environments.
Research & Development: Design and implement cutting-edge AI models for task automation, leveraging techniques in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and computer vision.
System Integration: Develop agents that can interact with diverse software applications, ensuring compatibility and robustness across different platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to align research objectives with product goals.
Evaluation & Optimization: Establish benchmarks to assess agent performance, and iteratively refine models for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the broader AI community through publications, presentations, and participation in conferences.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Degrees from top-tier institutions such as IITs, IISc, BITS Pilani, or international equivalents are highly valued.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, reinforcement learning, and computer vision techniques.
Experience with automation tools and techniques.
Research Experience: Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, with a track record of publications or contributions to the AI community.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems, devise innovative solutions, and adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
Industry Experience: Previous experience at leading AI companies (e.g., Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Meta AI, Microsoft Research, Anthropic) or top-tier AI startups is highly desirable.
Advanced Research: Experience in developing agents that interact with software applications using natural language instructions.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Selenium, AutoHotkey, or similar for automating interactions.
Interdisciplinary Knowledge: Understanding of human-computer interaction principles and user experience design.
Open-Source Contributions: Active participation in open-source AI projects or communities.
