This is a launchpad for elite advisors ready to shape the future of wealth. The Associate Financial Planner serves as the operational and strategic right hand to our Lead and Senior Planners and allow them to operate at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

You are not simply a planner-in-training—you are a force multiplier, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring that every client experience is seamless.

This is an ideal role for a highly detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for financial planning and delivery excellence who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You will be mentored by senior leaders and gain the technical, strategic, and client-facing skills needed to advance your career in Financial Planning and Multi-Family Office solutions.

Meeting Preparation & Debrief

• Prepare comprehensive client meeting slide decks including net worth, portfolio data, open action items, and custom recommendations.

• Run Orion reports (e.g., Entre Wealth Sample Investment Report) and embed findings into meeting materials.

• Document meeting notes, follow-ups, and “why we did what” records in Redtail CRM.

• Produce post-meeting one-page summaries and update related CRM workflows.

Client Onboarding & Discovery

• Own the full onboarding process: intake forms, eMoney setup, Holistiplan tax analysis, and Redtail data completion.

• Build onboarding presentations (Agenda, Scope of Work, Action Plan).

• Aggregate and input financial data from multiple sources including insurance policies, estate plans, and investment accounts.

Technology & Tool Mastery

• eMoney: Maintain accurate financial plans, connectivity, and reporting.

• Holistiplan: Run tax analyses, upload returns, generate Tax Report 2.0, and compare strategies.

• Orion: Validate data accuracy and create performance and allocation reports.

• Redtail CRM: Keep client data current, manage workflows, and track tasks. 

Planning Support & Research

• Own any client or internal communication thread you’re included on—ensuring follow-up and resolution.

• Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, and strategic partners to gather documents, schedule meetings, and ensure deliverables are met.

• Prepare proposals (RPT & CBPP) and executive summaries.

• Support insurance case design requests and ad hoc client questionnaires.

• Conduct specialized research for advanced planning strategies.

Recurring Process Ownership

• Lead preparation for monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly client reviews.

• Audit and maintain file structure consistency across firm systems.

• Maintain a master deck of reusable content from past meetings.

Who You Are

• Knowledgeable and Experienced: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a client service role in a professional services environment. Real-world, hands-on experience is a must.

• Tech-Fluent: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, able to master firm-specific tools quickly, and passionate about using AI to drive efficiency.

• Calm in Chaos: You own your outcomes, thrive under pressure, and know how to turn ambiguity into execution. You have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.

• Strong Attention to Detail: Delivering the best solutions for our clients requires keeping your eye on the little things. Details matter and you know that.  

• Executive Presence: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate complex information clearly and have an alignment to Socha Capital’s core values and commitment to excellence and getting Better Every Day.
