Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment across financial planning and family office roles, with a focus on precision, speed, and high-touch candidate engagement.
Develop sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent, leveraging networks, research, and advanced tools including AI-driven platforms, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into targeted hiring strategies.
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit, while ensuring a rigorous commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Create and sustain strong relationships with candidates and internal partners, maintaining responsiveness, discretion, and professionalism at every stage.
Monitor, analyze, and refine recruiting processes and metrics, providing insights to leadership and driving continuous improvement.
Contribute to building and amplifying Socha Capital’s reputation in the marketplace as an employer of choice for top-tier talent.
Stay current on market dynamics and talent trends in financial services, bringing forward new ideas to keep our approach ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in recruitment, ideally with exposure to financial services, wealth management, or family office environments.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage credibly with candidates and internal leaders alike.
Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and a bias for action.
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using AI sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of recruiting experience.
