This Is Not Your Average Executive Assistant Role – This Is Your Career Game-Changer.
If you want to take everything you could learn in an entire career and compress it into an experience that will fast-track your success, we want you. Our Founder is going to take 20 years of everything he has learned in wealth management, tax strategy, financial planning, and RIA operations and teach it to you in five. That’s the kind of opportunity we’re offering. This is firsthand learning from the CEO – not some no-name at some no-name desk. What you will get out of this is five years from now you’ll be semi bulletproof, and you can punch your own ticket wherever you want to go. Change the financial trajectory of your life.
This is an incredibly elite organization. We choose hard and elite things. This is going to be fun, hard, and difficult work. You get to build a network of centimillionaires and have an aggregate value of $5 Billion in your cellphone. We are changing the wealth management industry, disrupting the RIA space, and reshaping how financial advisors deliver fiduciary advice. This is a championship team, where you try out every year for your seat, and get paid for the performance.
We’re a very high-growth, forward-thinking Multi-Family Office Advisory Firm. Our clients aren’t just high-net-worth individuals – they’re visionary entrepreneurs, serial business builders, and executives who demand nothing less than exceptional fiduciary advice, estate and tax planning coordination, and customized portfolio management strategies. And we need a rockstar Executive Assistant to support our CEO to lead the charge.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
Deep Expertise: You need to be currently working in financial services or professional services—ideally within an RIA, wealth management firm, investment bank, or family office—and understand the pace, pressure, compliance requirements, and professionalism those environments demand. You also bring at least 2 years of experience in Founder/C-Suite executive support roles in a high-performance team. You’ve worked with people who are already successful (e.g., supporting HNW client relationships, portfolio management reviews, or financial planning deliverables), and you know how to elevate them even further.
Credentials That Matter: You’ve supported client partnership initiatives, investment operations, or executive-level business development efforts in financial services – and have the results to show for it. You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field that prepared you to work at the intersection of strategy and execution. But more importantly, it’s your experience – and your results – that set you apart.
Leadership Skills: You’re not just an expert – you’re a leader. You’re confident and clear when communicating with high-net-worth individuals, financial advisors, and senior executives in regulated environments. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You know how to build trust quickly and hold your own in high-stakes conversations.
Project Management Genius: You’re a natural at juggling multiple high-stakes projects (e.g., coordinating board meetings, preparing client investment reports, or managing compliance documentation), keeping everything on track, and turning complex problems into clear, actionable solutions. You thrive under pressure and know how to execute flawlessly. You catch the small stuff that others miss. Precision matters to you, whether it's reconciling custodian statements, preparing financial reporting packages, or coordinating tax/estate planning deliverables.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the latest tech tools like Microsoft Office (advanced Excel for reporting) and the latest AI tools. You understand how to operationalize a data-driven process to drive results (e.g., using CRM systems like Redtail, Salesforce, Orion, Tamarac, or Black Diamond for client tracking and reporting). You understand that technology is a force-multiplier and are quick to adopt new tools that improve RIA workflows and HNW client service.
What Makes This Role Insanely Exciting
Revolutionize Wealth Management: This isn’t just about being an EA – this is your chance to reshape how top entrepreneurs and business owners think about financial planning, HNW client portfolios, investment operations, and advisory services. You’ll support our CEO to drive a daily impact in our clients’ lives. You’ll be working on high-level, transformative projects that will make an impact immediately (e.g., streamlining RIA compliance workflows, custodian coordination, and client onboarding processes).
Work with the Best of the Best: You’re not just working with our CEO; you’re working with our clients – visionary entrepreneurs who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. These clients are ambitious, dynamic, and demand the best from everyone around them. No “boring” clients here.
Fully Remote, Limitless Flexibility: Work from anywhere, at any time. This isn’t just a remote job – it’s designed to give you the flexibility you need to do your best work. Be part of a team that values results.
Leadership & Impact: You’ll have the chance to learn directly from a visionary entrepreneur CEO who’s already reshaping the financial advisory and RIA space. You’ll be helping build something from the ground up – from investment reporting preparation, financial data reconciliation, and portfolio review coordination, to client communication and tax/estate planning support.
Sky’s the Limit Compensation: You won’t just be rewarded for your efforts; you’ll be recognized for the value you create. With a competitive base salary, aggressive performance bonuses, and generous benefits, your earning potential is virtually unlimited. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
