As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our brand to life across Singapore and Malaysia. You’ll help shape and deliver engaging marketing campaigns both online and in person that inspire, educate, and build trust with our audience. From spearheading impactful events to driving initiatives that strengthen financial literacy, you’ll play a key role in amplifying our brand presence and connecting with people in meaningful ways. Key Responsibilities
Plan and lead execution of educational and brand-building events, especially in Singapore and Malaysia.
Support in the rollout of multi-channel event marketing campaigns that support acquisition, deposit growth, brand awareness and client activation.
Coordinate communications across all channels - email, social media, webinars, in-app, and website - using content from the Investment Comms and PR teams.
Draft and manage event communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
Ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
Track and report on KPIs such as sign-ups, attendance, AUM impact, and engagement - with suggestions for optimisation.
Keep all campaign-related content across the website and the app updated and accurate.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align event marketing with broader business objectives.
Propose creative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and client reach.
Projects you might work on
StashAway Academy Initiatives – Collaborate with our content and education teams to produce engaging financial literacy materials, workshops, and webinars. You’ll help craft learning experiences that empower our audience to make informed financial decisions and position StashAway as a trusted voice in wealth management.
Event Social Media Campaigns – Develop and execute creative, platform-specific social media strategies to promote key events. This includes crafting compelling content calendars, coordinating with design teams for visuals, managing live updates during events, and tracking engagement to refine future campaigns.
Major Product Launches – Play a pivotal role in bringing new products to market. You’ll contribute to launch planning, from pre-launch teaser campaigns to post-launch community engagement, ensuring the messaging resonates with our audiences in Singapore and Malaysia.

Event Impact – Achieve and exceed event registration targets, with strong attendance rates that reflect audience excitement and relevance.
Audience Engagement – Drive high participation during and after events, measured through post-event surveys, follow-up actions, and meaningful interactions.
Email Marketing Performance – Craft campaigns that capture attention, with impressive open rates and click-through rates for both event invitations and post-event communications.
Social Media – Create and share campaign content that sparks conversation, boosts engagement, and expands our reach across platforms.
Excellent Execution – Deliver campaign and event assets on time, with little to no errors and a polished, on-brand finish.
Stakeholder Management – Work closely with internal teams by ensuring smooth collaboration, proactive updates, and high-quality execution from start to finish.
