We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Executive to join our dynamic Client Engagement team at StashAway. This is a great entry level role for someone who wants to step into the investment and fintech space and is passionate about the service delivered to clients. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, ensuring clients feel informed, and supported throughout their investment journey with us. The role goes beyond reactive support - you’ll be proactively engaging with clients, helping them understand our portfolios, navigating the platform, and addressing any queries or concerns related to their portfolios. You will play a crucial role in shaping the overall client experience, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Client Engagement & Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for clients across various communication channels (email, phone, WhatsApp). Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases as needed.
Onboarding & Journey Support: Support new clients through onboarding, ensuring a seamless setup, understanding of product offerings, and a positive start to their StashAway experience. Continue to engage with clients throughout their lifecycle to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Product & Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of StashAway’s portfolios, investment strategies, and platform features. Clearly communicate these to clients, helping them make informed decisions based on their unique financial needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to execute initiatives that improve the overall client experience.
Event & Experience Execution: Assist with the execution of campaigns, webinars, and in-person events, helping to build loyalty and deepen client relationships. Ensure smooth event logistics and follow up with attendees for post-event engagement.
Process & Service Improvement: Identify friction points in client workflows and suggest improvements. Contribute to the creation of scalable processes that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Client Feedback & Insights: Act as the voice of the client within the organisation, providing valuable insights to improve our offerings and processes.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Communication, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a passion for investments and client engagement are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Interest in personal finance and investing with the ability to understand and explain financial concepts to clients.
Detail-oriented and organised with excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks.
Client-centric with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
Problem-solving mindset, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and tasks.
Team player who works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
