Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Product Development: Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for new features or enhancements.

• Market and User Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user interviews to gather insights and identify opportunities.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog.

• Data Analysis: Analyze product usage data to understand user behavior, measure feature success, and recommend improvements.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

• Product Documentation: Help create and update documentation such as product briefs, roadmaps, and FAQs.

• Quality Assurance: Participate in product testing to ensure functionality and user experience meet expectations.

Projects You Might Work On

As a Product Management Intern, you will be exposed to a variety of projects, working closely with Product Managers from different squads.

Some examples of projects:

• Competitor and market research around investment products.

• User insights research regarding our users deposits and withdrawals behaviors.

• Driving requirements and scoping for an initiative, working directly with business stakeholders and the squad.

• Support with documenting sections of our product knowledge base.
