The Role: Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, where you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a seamless accounts payable experience for our customers as part of the Product team.

You’ll be focused on taking the Traild product to the next level, with a heavy focus on automation, fraud detection and complex transaction support, all while delivering a seamless user experience via a beautiful design.

This is a real roll your sleeves up and get involved in everything type of role. Working with a world class engineering, customer success and operations team you will develop and launch capabilities to service our diverse customer base, who use a variety of different accounting systems in a variety of countries.

You will have: 

• A customer-first mindset with a good understanding of the accounts payable user journeys.

• Strong technical and strategic acumen.

• Ability to go deep and truly understand every facet of the proposition.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

• Define and deliver the roadmap for Traild’s core accounts payable platform.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and end users to deeply understand pain points and identify opportunities for innovation.

• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalable and secure implementation of user flows and infrastructure.

• Continuously monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to iterate and improve.

• Educate internal teams and customers on new features, benefits, and best practices.

• Maintain an excellent understanding of the broader Traild platform, including payment execution and expense management, ensuring all user experiences are integrated and seamless.

What you will bring:

• Significant product management experience, preferably in the SaaS, payments, ERP or fintech domains.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and simplify complex systems.

• Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.

• A basic understanding of accounting concepts and functions would be highly desirable.
