About the Opportunity

We grew our revenue by 2x this year and have been building a world-class sales org to help us scale in 2025 and beyond.

The Immigration Specialist independently manages standard immigration cases and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role drives the day-to-day execution of immigration filings and proactively identifies risks or delays.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end immigration casework for multiple clients.

  • File immigration paperwork accurately and on time.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing guidance.

  • Escalate complex issues to Senior or Principal specialists as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, implementation, legal) to ensure seamless service.

  • Stay updated on immigration regulation changes across supported geographies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in immigration documentation and counseling.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage client communications independently.

  • Solid understanding of visa processes in at least 3 core markets (e.g., US, UK, Canada, EU).

  • Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating case management tools.
