What you will be doing

  • Establishing right controls and process around managing costs & revenue.

  • Setting up department wise budgets and tracking actual expense and doing variance analysis

  • Driving Cost optimisations for all departments

  • Vendor negotiations

  • Reviewing monthly financial close and assisting with reporting/presentation material.

  • Developing Key business insight & actionable via analytics

  • The role shall have great opportunities to learn and grow within the FP&A team.

What do we need

  • CA / MBA (Finance) with 4 – 5 years of experience in a fast paced environment with experience of controlling costs, setting up SOPs and scaling up systems

  • Ability to work with senior leadership and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently with large volume of data and drive insights.

  • Business acumen and understanding of macro / biz drivers

  • Excellent Excel and Gsheets knowledge is a must

  • Good Excel modelling skills

  • Working knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
