What’s the Opportunity?

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech), you will play a critical role in scaling our teams by driving the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, and Operations. Based in Pune, this role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing expertise, and the ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.

You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Multiplier’s global vision and culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and Operations.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements, success criteria, and hiring strategies.

  • Drive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, talent mapping, networking, and referrals) to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and transparent processes.

  • Leverage data and market insights to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.

  • Champion employer branding by effectively communicating Multiplier’s culture, mission, and growth story.

  • Support process improvements, contribute to TA best practices, and mentor junior team members when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–9 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3–4 years focused on non-tech roles.

  • Proven success in hiring for B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, or Global SaaS companies is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with or hiring for the Global Payroll and EOR industry will be an added advantage.

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

  • Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, AngelList, and other talent networks.

  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
