A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Multiplier is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Rev Ops. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-volume recruiting, sourcing passive top talent, and relationship management. You should be skilled at using various recruitment platforms and tools, with a keen understanding of identifying top talent.
What You'll Do:
Create Smart Hiring Strategies: Design innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Source All Levels of Talent: Leverage creative methods, sourcing platforms, and recruitment techniques to identify the best talent. Think outside the box to access untapped talent pools.
Partner with Hiring Leaders: Collaborate closely with leadership to understand their hiring needs and assist in planning for team growth.
Optimize Recruitment Processes: Develop streamlined processes to efficiently hire talent, utilizing modern recruitment tools, data-driven techniques, and best practices.
Strengthen Our Employer Brand: Enhance Multiplier’s reputation as an employer of choice in the tech space by showcasing our culture and career opportunities.
Promote Our Culture: Act as a champion of our culture, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment between candidates and our hiring teams.
What do I need?
Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a proven track record in scaling teams.
Technical Expertise: You have solid experience recruiting for engineering roles, preferably within a high-growth SaaS startup or tech-driven environment.
Global Recruitment Skills: You bring strong knowledge of hiring in all regions of the world.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: You're well-versed in the entire recruitment process for a multitude of roles, from sourcing to employer branding to onboarding.
Organized and Proactive: You are known for your structured and results-oriented approach, always maintaining clear communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Resilient and Independent: You are a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously, and have the resilience to adapt to the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of engineering recruitment.
